The lady in white

Wishes.

A thousand wishes flood my mind
And desire floods my heart,
A wish to break shackles of monotony
And run midst flower fields.
A strong desire to be summoned As beauteous,
beauty under the clear sky
Whose smile nourishes her mundane life
Whose sparkling eyes never lie.
A desire to be under a star lit sky
And gaze in wonder with baffled eyes.

A thousand wishes flood my mind
To add a smile to impoverished hearts
To scrape away the hardened tears,
For love torn apart.
Souls that wallow in never ending grief,
And wish for happiness to dawn
I wish to shower hope on them
That sadness is forever gone.
